Pearl Naturelle is an independent beauty brand founded on Gili Air Island, Indonesia. We create body and hair care inspired by tropical living, with carefully developed formulations and a personal approach to scent.

Where Pearl Naturelle began: Beauty inspired by the realities of island living.

Living on Gili Air has influenced how we think about body care. While tropical life brings sunshine and time by the sea, it also means regular exposure to heat, humidity, saltwater, and sweat.

These everyday conditions made us think more carefully about what we wanted from our own body care products: formulas that help care for the skin, comfortable textures, and scents that make daily routines more enjoyable.

We felt that island beauty deserved an approach of its own, rather than simply following what was already available. We wanted to develop products shaped by our experience of tropical living, right here on the island that inspired them.

This became the foundation of Pearl Naturelle: island-inspired formulations and scents, developed with everyday body care in mind.

Developing our Island Formulation approach took almost four years of ingredient selection, testing, and refinement. Throughout the process, we considered how ingredients work together, how each formula feels on the skin, and the experience we want each product to offer.

Our approach brings together carefully selected ingredients, cosmetic actives, and botanical extracts, with attention to the purpose of each ingredient and its role in the overall formulation.

For us, creating body care isn't just about putting ingredients together. It's about understanding how they work together to create a product that feels good to use and fits naturally into an everyday routine.

With more than 30 scent options to explore in our atelier, you can find fragrances that suit your personal preferences, whether you gravitate towards something fresh, romantic, calming, or comforting. And if you'd rather enjoy your body care without fragrance, unscented options are available for selected products.
